About Nancy Bliss

Nancy Bliss is a lifelong psychic medium, Reiki Master Teacher, author and spiritual educator whose intuitive abilities were recognized and nurtured from early childhood. Raised within a multigenerational family of healers and intuitive people, Nancy began exploring psychic perception and divination as a child and has now spent approximately five decades developing and working with these abilities.

Long before intuitive work became her profession, it was simply part of her life. Her early exploration included pendulums, ordinary playing cards, Ouija boards, charm casting, aura reading, signs and patterns in nature, and intuitive communication with animals. Over the years, her practice expanded to encompass mediumship, oracle and Lenormand reading, energy work and numerous forms of intuitive and spiritual practice.

Nancy’s work extends well beyond reading cards. She has assisted people searching for lost pets through intuitive and animal-communication work and has supported many people seeking connection and comfort following the death of a loved one. Her readings draw upon a lifetime of experience with symbolism, energy, intuitive impressions and psychic perception, with divination tools often serving as a framework for a much broader intuitive process.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree and has extensive professional experience in social work. This background has deeply influenced the grounded, ethical and trauma-informed way she works with people. Her professional helping experience and her spiritual practice remain distinct, while together they contribute to her understanding of grief, trauma, personal transformation and the importance of respecting individual choice.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Nancy has taught Reiki for several years and trained practitioners through the Reiki Master level. She is the founder of Bliss Healing Arts Academy and the developer of her own psychic-development training program, created to help others recognize, understand and strengthen their intuitive abilities. She has authored original training manuals, educational materials and presentations for her Reiki and psychic-development programs.

Nancy is also the author and creator of the Yukon Gold Rush Lenormand, an original divination deck inspired by the people, history, imagery and symbolism of the Klondike Gold Rush. Her creative work includes a growing collection of original metaphysical and intuition-focused products, several of which are available through Mac’s Fireweed Books in Whitehorse. She also incorporates creative and art-based approaches into appropriate aspects of her work.

Her experience has taken her into paranormal media and documentary work as well. Nancy has served as a consultant on several paranormal documentary projects, appeared with Karen A. Dahlman on Creative Visions TV, and has contributed to an upcoming paranormal television production scheduled to air on APTN in 2027.

Nancy is currently writing a book exploring psychic and spiritual experience through personal, historical and biblical perspectives—continuing a lifelong interest in the relationship between intuition, spirituality and the ways human beings have attempted to understand extraordinary experiences.

Through Bliss Healing Arts and the Yukon Bliss Wagon, Nancy offers intuitive readings, mediumship, Reiki and spiritual education from the Yukon.

At the heart of her work is a simple philosophy: intuitive guidance should empower, not dictate. A reading should never take away someone’s ability to choose their own path. Nancy offers what she perceives while encouraging each person to trust their own judgment, intuition and personal sovereignty.
